The Pricing & Performance Manager will work in Telenor Norway’s Consumer Division. The Consumer Division is responsible for the sales and marketing of mobile products, broadband and home networking, and TV and streaming services in the Norwegian private market, for the Telenor and Talkmore brands. The division also oversees customer service for both private and business customers, as well as telemarketing for private customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of pricing and promotional decision-making for our portfolio.
- Continuously optimize profitability across our product and service offerings.
- Lead discussions that prioritize high-impact initiatives for better commercial outcomes.
- Analyze profitability, retention, and performance drivers across the portfolio and customer segments.
- Develop decision frameworks and drive implementation of price and promotion changes across the portfolio.
- Own and develop the forecasting process for customer growth, churn, and profitability impacts.
- Provide advisory and analytical insights to teams to help deliver on company objectives.
- Oversee the competitive landscape and pricing within the portfolio’s market.
We’re looking for a Pricing & Performance Manager with:
- Experience or knowledge in Business, Economics or equivalent.
- Background in Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling and P&L assessments.
- Interest in pricing strategies, with an understanding of the pros and cons of different methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of digital and managed sales models, including campaign tracking and lifecycle analysis.
- Proficiency in using reporting and analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights.
