Business Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Closing & Reporting: Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct financial analysis and summarize key findings in monthly management reports, providing insight into trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
• Salary & Personnel Cost Analysis: Analyze and forecast salary and personnel costs, ensuring accurate projections and alignment with company budgets and objectives.
• Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR to stay updated on all workforce developments, ensuring alignment between financial planning and HR strategies.
• Forecasting Operating Expenses: Forecast and monitor operating expenses, including consultancy costs, sales and marketing expenses, and other OPEX such as travel costs. Ensure proper follow-up and variance analysis.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Handle ad-hoc requests by analyzing trends, developments, and deviations in responsible areas, providing detailed explanations and insights.
• Invoice Handling: process invoices accurately in line with the company's financial procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or a related role, ideally within a telecommunications or technology environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
