What you will do
Are you ready to lead and shape the future of IT in a fast-evolving telecom landscape? We are looking for an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager – Head of Experience Capability Delivery to drive the development of our experience IT capabilities supporting our consumer business.
As the leader of our Experience Capability Delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT mid-tier of our BSS application – is built for scalability, resilience, continuous innovation and most importantly fit for purpose in accelerating out front-end developers to be able to delivery with speed and quality. With a team of approximately ~35 highly skilled employees and consultants combined, you will have the tactical and operational responsibility to ensure the right organizational size and capability mix in alignment with our long-term business goals.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Execute the roadmap for our api based experience IT capabilities, ensuring they align with our business strategy and innovation needs.
Team Management & Growth: Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization with a mix of employees and consultants.
Operational Excellence: Ensure a stable, scalable, and cost-efficient IT foundation that supports business growth.
Agility & Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging modern technologies and methodologies to stay ahead.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business, product, and technology teams to align IT capabilities with market and customer needs.

Proven leadership experience in IT delivery within a complex, distributed, cloud native, high-scale telecom or tech environment.
